This was my second time eating at this IHOP, once maybe three to four years ago, but to make a long story short, for the second time I caught hell in getting to a place that you can see from all around, in plain sight, no matter what corner you turn, what street you go down, you find yourself blocked in. When you finally get on a street that you think will get you to IHOP, it's a no go, so I use my GPS to get their, it take you back around thru a roundabout and back to HWY 49 N to IHOP, the turn is almost hidden, so you end up in Arby's back parking lot, at that time you're ready to eat, so ok Arbys parking lot is empty at time of morning, finally breakfast, upon check out I was told I could have been towed. I will not go there every again, it's not worth the trouble you go through to get their..

Well, my 3rd and last time visiting this location. If I were to type out all of the problems with the service and food, my fingers would fall off. But I've been doing finger work outs so I'll try to list it all. Here we go: A, "10 minute wait" turned into a 40 minute wait, we were sat and not greeted by our server for about 15 minutes, the food ordered, came in 3 separate times (about 10 minutes apart), not to mention we were missing multiple items from the meal, no drinks, no coffee refill, no pancakes, no sausage or bacon etc.
Now for the atmosphere! :) the servers along the kitchen line were running around fumbling over themselves, clearly stressed because 1/2 of the restaurant was full. Also the management was yelling across the restaurant with multiple profanities.
Anyway, after our 3 hour dining experience, we left with partially full stomachs, and empty hope for this ihop location.
Now my fingers are sore too. So, that sucks. -

Usually love I Hop. Everything was cold today. Won't be back for awhile. Mine was done before my husband's so it sat on the counter. Why can't you just bring out what is ready instead of letting it get cold?

If theres ever a need to have a negative 5 stars this place deserves it. I waited for 30 minutes for lunch to have my number called. I opened the door for a family of 3 to enter not realizing that they would get skipped right in front of me. I have spoken with the manager and the lady at the front kiosk. I told them I was actually in front of them because I opened the door cause it's common courtesy to open door for elderly. So instead of my number being called the family of 3 got called. I don't know who hired these folks but if I was a mystery shopper they would have been fired because a customer walked away. Anyways I will not be going back to this IHOP. This will be plastered everywhere. I am on a tight schedule today.
